Data Deletion Policy

This page explains how to delete your account and personal data in the Corio Docs application. In accordance with GDPR and App Store requirements, we provide you with the right to delete your data.

Deletion Methods

In-App Deletion (Recommended)

Open the Corio Docs app
Go to Settings
Select Account
Tap Delete Account
Confirm deletion on the confirmation screen

Email Deletion Request

Send an email to [email protected] using the template below:

Subject: Account Deletion Request Hello, I request the deletion of my Corio Docs account and all associated data. My email address: [your registered email address] Thank you.

Deleted Data

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently deleted:

PDF Files	All documents you uploaded	✓ Permanently deleted
Annotations	Highlights, underlines, notes	✓ Permanently deleted
Chat History	All conversations with the AI assistant	✓ Permanently deleted
Reading Progress	Page positions and reading data	✓ Permanently deleted
Folders and Tags	Organizational structure you created	✓ Permanently deleted

Timeline

In-app deletion: Effective immediately, technical processes completed within 30 days
Email deletion request: Processed and completed within 30 days

Important Notes

Deletion cannot be undone
We recommend backing up your data before deletion
If we have legal retention obligations, some data may be retained in anonymized form
Deletion will take effect on all your devices and in the web application
