End User License Agreement (EULA)

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") creates a legally binding agreement between you and Corio Docs ("we" or "Licensor") when you download, install, or use the Corio Docs application ("Licensed Application").

For Apple Users: This application is distributed via the Apple App Store. Apple Inc. is not a party to this agreement and does not assume responsibility for the application.

1. Scope

This Agreement covers:

Corio Docs iOS and macOS applications
All updates, upgrades, and additional features
Related documentation and support services

2. License Grant

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded device that you own or control, in accordance with the Usage Rules set forth in Apple's App Store Terms of Service.

3. License Restrictions

You may not:

Copy, modify, or distribute the Licensed Application
Reverse engineer, extract source code, or create derivative works
Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices
Rent, license, or lend the Licensed Application to others
Use the Licensed Application for illegal purposes

4. Intellectual Property

The Licensed Application and all intellectual property rights belong to us. This Agreement does not grant any ownership rights in the Licensed Application.

5. Third-Party Services

The Licensed Application uses the following third-party services:

Google Gemini: For AI-powered document analysis
Supabase: For cloud storage and authentication
Apple/Google OAuth: For authentication

Use of these services is subject to their own privacy policies and terms of service.

6. Maintenance and Support

We, the Licensor, not Apple, are responsible for all maintenance and support services related to the Licensed Application. For support, contact us at [email protected].

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE LICENSED APPLICATION IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

We shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages
We shall not be liable for data loss, business loss, or loss of profits
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the application

9. Product Claims

We, not Apple, are responsible for:

All claims relating to the Licensed Application
Product liability claims
Compliance with legal or regulatory requirements
Claims under consumer protection laws

10. Intellectual Property Claims

If the Licensed Application is claimed to infringe any third party's intellectual property rights, we, not Apple, shall be solely responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement, and discharge of any such intellectual property infringement claim.

11. Legal Compliance

You represent and warrant that:

You are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo
You are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties
You will use the Licensed Application in compliance with all applicable laws

12. Termination

This Agreement remains in effect until terminated. You may terminate this Agreement by ceasing to use and deleting the Licensed Application. Your rights automatically terminate if you breach any Agreement provisions.

13. Apple's Third-Party Beneficiary Rights

Apple Inc. and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of this Agreement. Upon your acceptance of this Agreement, Apple will have the right to enforce this Agreement against you as a third-party beneficiary.

14. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Turkey.
