From reading to understanding

A short guide to working with research literature

A useful reading workflow keeps the original document close to the questions it raises. Reading, checking a passage, and recording a thought belong in the same place.

A summary is a starting point. The source remains the reference.

Begin with the research question. Identify the method, examine the findings, and note the limits before drawing conclusions.

Interactive product illustration · sample contentIllustrative responses, not a live AI session. Your own documents open in the app.

Less switching. More understanding.

Follow an idea from the first page to your next draft, with the document always within reach.

Read and organize

Keep PDFs in a personal library with folders and tags. Open a document and pick up your reading.

Ask your documents

Explore a paper or search across your library. AI uses retrieved document passages to help answer your questions.

Translate in context

Select a passage and work through its meaning without leaving the page. Built for reading across Turkish and English.

Keep what matters

Highlight passages, collect annotations in your notebook, and turn document content into study questions.

From a PDF to a clearer picture.

  1. Bring a document

Sign in and upload a PDF to your library.

  2. Read with questions

Select text, translate a passage, or ask the document assistant.

  3. Build your understanding

Keep highlights and notes together, and revisit the source as you write or study.

Built from the reading desk.

Corio is a software startup founded in December 2025 and led by Dr. Sergen Ünlü, an emergency medicine specialist and researcher based in Mersin, Türkiye. Corio Docs grew out of a familiar research problem: keeping papers, translations, questions, and notes connected.

Research often means switching between a PDF reader, a translation tool, a chat window, and scattered notes. We bring these steps into one workspace so researchers can follow an idea while keeping its source within reach.

Built with Claude. Clear about what powers the product.

Claude Code supports our development work. We plan to bring Claude into the reading experience to help researchers examine methods, compare findings, and check answers against the original passages.

Development

Built with Claude Code

We use Claude Code to help develop, debug, and improve Corio Docs.

Available today

Document AI with Gemini

The current application uses Google Gemini for document conversations, analysis, translation, and embeddings.

Planned integration

Document reasoning with Claude

We plan to give Claude relevant passages from your documents for research summaries, methods and limitations reviews, and comparisons across papers. Answers will be designed to include checkable source references and identify missing evidence. This integration is not yet live.
